Ideal hotel with especially helpful personnel. Incredible view of the beach. Fantastic and relaxing room equipped with climate control, a mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea makers. Comfortable bed and excellent services. Absolutely lovely location in Sharm el-Sheikh next to the Red Sea. Easy check-in and late check-out. Great way to end our vacation.

Had a relaxing and extremely pleasant room with flambé bar and the garden plus king size beds, and I couldn't ask for more. All of the staff were competent. The pool was lovely and I had cool drinks in the poolside bar. The location was absolutely lovely and nice - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. You could walk to shopping centres and an old market.

We had double room with twin beds. The location was good and magnificent and the private parking was onsite.

Great central location! The building is well-maintained and situated in a nice area. The room is spacious, clean, and has a modern feel. Plus, the beach views are fantastic! 🌊

We had a very good stay in my 7 days visit.
Reasonably spacious and fairly clean hotel, location was ideal adjacent to the food market as well as main restaurant. The breakfast was large with testy food, omelet station, the Italian resto, and the pool bar was a plus.

The location is very good directly on the beautiful beach. The breakfast met my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always kept clean and is therefore very nice.
During the whole stay there was no internet available, not even against payment. There is an urgent need to invest in infrastructure (rooms, internet, furniture). The management is not tangible and visible.

The stay was absolutely great! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The room was big with nice views of the beach. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with a shower and towels.

Perfect location and despite the direct proximity to Naama Bay, absolute tranquillity, as the hotel faces the bays and the pier was rarely busy. Very friendly staff and everything very uncomplicated. The complex is huge and very well maintained. In Naama Bay food technical from fast food to more 'authentic' cuisine everything available
A little bit less choice at the breakfast buffet and little variation, but still ok

The hotel location is excellent. I also liked that land scaping and the beach as well.
The furniture is worn out. They really need to perform seriouse renovation. TV and electrnoice are outdated . really old. They must have LCD's or any other fat screen tv.

My favorite property in Sharm el-Sheikh. Extremely great employees in each shift. Big building and rooms with twin beds or double beds. Plenty of supplies in the room: mini fridge bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area.

They have the best beach at naama bay :) very close to many different restaurants and shops, no taxi required
Behaviour of local staff towards me i expect to be more professional, especially as a woman travelling alone, but some people were very friendly, so not all behave the same aircon did not work properly, had to be fixed twice
